What we watch for
We agree the priorities with you during the trial, then watch for them every single day.
When the store opened and closed, and when each staff member arrived and left.
How many customers came in each hour and in total, so you know your busiest times.
Every time the drawer opened, including with no sale, with the time it happened.
Time away from the counter, long phone use, and customers left waiting to be served.
Items leaving without payment, or given away without a sale. We describe what we see and you decide what it means.
Whether staff were seen checking ID on age restricted sales, doors left open, and any camera that goes offline. We note what we see, we cannot verify age.
Built for vape and smoke shops, convenience stores, mobile and wireless shops, boutiques, small warehouses and fuel stations, from a single store up to a few locations.
Your daily report
After each day we send a short written log of what we saw on your cameras. Here is an example.

Normal14 customers came in between 12:00 and 13:00, your busiest hour so far.

How it works
Send us an app invite or a separate login for your DVR or NVR. Your hardware stays exactly as it is.
We watch your cameras 12 hours a day, matched to your opening hours, and send a report every day. No payment details needed.
After day three you have seen what we catch. Carry on at $100 per camera a month, or walk away with nothing owed.
Live watching 12 hours every day, a daily report, and a message or call straight away for anything serious.

About us
Every camera is watched live by a real person on our team. No automatic motion alerts decide what matters. A person can tell a customer browsing from someone hiding an item, and a staff member on a break from a register left open.
Then they write up exactly what happened in your daily report. We are an international remote monitoring team that works across time zones, which is how we keep the price low for independent stores.
Clear scope
You decide when to call the police. We tell you what we see, quickly and in writing, so you can act on it.
Pricing
You pay for each camera we watch. No minimum per store, one camera or twenty. Every store starts with the free 3-day trial.
